Vibratory Screen Technical Animation: 3D Mining Process

Expert 3D Technical Animation for Complex Industrial Machinery.

We collaborated with General Kinematics Corporation to produce a precise vibratory screen technical animation for their STM screening product. This project required turning complex 3D CAD models into a dynamic visualization, focusing on the machine’s separation mechanism within the mining industry.

The primary engineering challenge involved accurately simulating the multi-deck assembly’s function: separating product based on size. Using detailed technical specifications from their engineers, we created a convincing video that mimics this precise sorting process. The animation effectively utilizes cutaway views and internal visualization to show the mechanism of action (MOA) while material is being screened, serving as a powerful sales and training asset for complex aggregate processing equipment.
